Private Capital Transaction Auditors immediately begin earning by reviewing, verifying, and auditing transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Private Capital Transaction Auditors. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process. Once approved, Transaction Auditors: Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform Gain access to live transaction flow and paid auditing work Support investors, fund managers, and operators by verifying transaction data, financials, and compliance documentation Build a verified track record and Analyst Rating Score for transaction auditing Certification tiers: Senior Analyst · Lead Analyst · Analyst / Associate Analyst Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges Senior Analyst Rating Score: 90–100 Pay: $150–200/hour Typical Background: Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, or audit professionals with 5+ years of experience in transaction review and verification Lead Analyst Rating Score: 80–89 Pay: $100–150/hour Typical Background: Finance or audit professionals with 3–5 years of deal review, financial verification, or compliance experience Analyst / Associate Rating Score: 60–79 Pay: $50–100/hour Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong analytical, detail-oriented, and audit skills What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Private Capital Transaction Auditors are engaged based on category-specific approvals, earned through assessment and performance—not tenure. Transaction Auditing & Verification Audit financial statements, transaction records, and deal documents for accuracy and completeness Verify transaction terms, fund allocations, and investor reporting data Identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, or potential compliance issues Prepare audit summaries and recommendations for fund managers and deal sponsors Analytical & Compliance Support Support due diligence teams with financial reconciliation and validation Assess risk exposures and potential reporting errors Assist with investment memo review by confirming financial accuracy Collaborate with analysts and managers to maintain transaction integrity Analysts may only perform work in categories for which they are explicitly approved. How Analysts Start Earning Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training Receive category-specific approvals (Transaction Auditing, Risk Assessment, Financial Verification) Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live transaction audits No cold applications. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors, fund managers, and deal sponsors. Certification & Eligibility To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following: Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment Completion of Initio Sphere Financial Training Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines: Platform visibility and access to auditing work Approved work categories Recommended hourly rates Scores are updated based on quality, accuracy, and feedback from investors and deal teams. Compensation & Deal Terms Analysts are independent contractors, not employees Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction Payments issued only after successful completion of approved work Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues Compliance Notice Private Capital Transaction Auditors do not: Provide investment advice Solicit securities Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity All work is limited to transaction auditing, verification, and analytical support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
