Appointment Setting Representative Location: Remote Company: Fisico Inc. Here's why... My name is Brian Hulek. I'm the In-House Recruiter at Fisico Inc. We're a natural health company that sells dietary supplements and nutrition programs online. And we're currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setting Representatives to join our sales team here at Fisico Inc.. I'll share the details of the position in a moment. First, a bit about our ideal candidate (please read every word that follows). In a nutshell, it's someone who thrives in a sales environment and has at least two years of experience working in a virtual position (i.e. highly self-disciplined and can get the job done with minimal supervision). Experience in the natural health/dietary supplement vertical is a major plus. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting existing clients to schedule appointments for our sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our business by ensuring our sales team has a steady pipeline of qualified leads. We are looking to hire two people for this role, one weekend schedule and one weekday schedule.

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients using a provided list to introduce our products/services.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
  • Schedule appointments between existing clients and our sales representatives.
  • Ensure that all appointments are recorded accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up:
  • Send confirmation emails or messages to prospects after scheduling appointments.
  • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on the status of leads, scheduled appointments, and outcomes.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Appointment Setting Manager to ensure alignment on messaging and target audiences.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on the quality of leads and any patterns or trends observed during calls. Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in appointment setting or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and appointment-setting or sales quotas.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office applications.
  • Strong English Speaking Skills (Native speaker or English as a second language). Benefits:
