Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote, weekend-only basis. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, or other means as needed, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions.
  • Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value and importance.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service, demonstrating efficient and courteous responses in a timely and friendly manner.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible for our customers.
  • Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines and performance goals.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Clear and articulate telephone voice without major background noise or distractions.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with strong self-motivation and excellent decision-making skills.
  • Reliable and consistent work performance, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, data entry, and word processing.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to maintain the reputation of arenaflex and any assigned clients.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous in this role:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • High School diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in English and communication skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, with a reliable computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed).
