Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to provide exceptional service and support. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day, and your contributions will play a critical role in our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the company

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the lighting industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of lighting products and technologies
  • Experience with sales and commission-based environments
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $16.00 per hour

  • $1.00 per hour increase after 60-day provisional period
