Your Role in Detail

As a Text Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website, providing them with accurate and helpful information, and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to incoming messages from customers through live chat support
  • Providing top-notch assistance and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing arenaflex's knowledge base and resources to answer customer questions and resolve issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve customer support goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers through live chat support
  • Resolve customer queries and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service skills
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer support goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
