Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our warehouse team, working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for selecting, packing, and shipping orders, as well as troubleshooting problems and ensuring product quality meets our high standards. Key Responsibilities

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and putting away inventory in a timely and efficient manner
• Selecting and packing customer orders with precision and care
• Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring accurate and secure transportation
• Using scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks, ensuring seamless order fulfillment
• Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues promptly, maintaining high-quality standards
• Ensuring product meets quality requirements, adhering to strict safety and quality standards
• Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or data entry environment; experience working with inventory management systems a plus
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable) and go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable:

• Experience working in a warehouse or data entry environment, with knowledge of inventory management systems
• Familiarity with Amazon's warehouse operations and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Experience working with power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers
• Certification in forklift operation or other relevant equipment
