Job Summary

As an Experienced Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex in the digital world, engaging with customers through online conversations and creating a wow-ing experience that drives leads and revenue for our clients. If you're a skilled communicator with a passion for gaming and a knack for turning conversations into sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers, representing arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably

  • Create a positive and memorable experience for customers, turning conversations into leads that drive revenue growth
  • Utilize your gaming experience to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective chat strategies that drive results
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Work in a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable computer and internet connection

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Kansas

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, etc.) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in online conversations and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer engagement tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with online gaming or virtual events

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
