Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative to join our team in Irving, Texas. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer issues, and driving business growth. This is a hybrid role, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home and in our office, depending on your needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues
  • Processing phone payments and communicating with customers through online chat channels
  • Conducting outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve customer concerns
  • Resolving common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, including payment issues and loan servicing
  • Meeting monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Complying with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus
  • At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio
  • A minimum of two years of related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems, such as LoanPro (training provided)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively through phone and online chat channels
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
  • Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and punctuality
