Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
• Handling high-volume calls with a pleasant and efficient demeanor
• Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
