Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and self-starting individuals to join our Quality Control Team as Customer Trainees. As a Customer Trainee, you'll be responsible for calling our customers' employees to verify their job performance, writing up reports, and sending the information to your supervisor. This is a flexible and simple job that offers a range of benefits, including the opportunity to work from home, flexible hours, and weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Trainee at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calling our customers' employees to verify their job performance and gather information
  • Writing up reports and sending the information to your supervisor
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Collaborating with the Quality Control Team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Trainee at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong phone skills, with the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and software
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access is helpful, but not necessary
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable for this role:

  • Previous customer service experience, either in a call center or retail environment
  • Familiarity with email mail merge and other software applications
  • Experience working with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
