Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer experiences to our card members, resolving customer queries, and following established procedures to ensure the best possible solutions. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional service, meet customer needs, and ensure quality service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide superior customer experiences on calls to consumer card members, resolving all customer queries and following established procedures as appropriate.

  • Offer options and follow superior service no call handling skills to ensure the best possible solutions and first call resolution (FCR) to card members.
  • Be aware of the mood, profile, and needs of the customer and leverage that information to provide the best possible benefits or products to the customer while being compliant with laid guidelines.
  • Deliver to the customer, employees, and shareholder metrics as per goals, highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands to meet their needs and ensure quality service at all times.
  • Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with excellent verbal communication and customer focus.
  • Show a strong ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations, with demonstrated dependability and self-motivating skills.
  • Work successfully within a team environment, as well as independently, with a proven ability to work in a hybrid setting.

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with excellent verbal communication.
  • Customer-focused, with a strong ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations.
  • Demonstrated dependability and self-motivating skills, with a proven ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in detail.
  • Workable understanding of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment.

  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote setting.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service software and systems.
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations and providing culturally sensitive service.
