Job Summary of Retail Support Advisor: As a vital member of our team in the role of Retail Support Advisor, you hold a significant position in embodying and promoting our brand identity to our customers. Your primary obligation is to interact with customers, establish connections, and offer excellent customer service to cultivate brand loyalty. Possessing expertise in our products, you use this knowledge to educate, inform, inspire, and assist customers in putting together outfits. Through teamwork with your management team, you will aim to deliver a top-notch customer experience through a unified omni-channel approach. Responsibilities of Retail Support Advisor:

  • Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  • Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
  • Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
  • Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
  • Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
  • Handle all customer interactions and potential issues returns courteously and professionally.
  • Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications of Retail Support Advisor:

  • Capable communicator with the skill to engage with customers and team members effectively in order to meet objectives.
  • Ensuring a customer-centric approach in delivering services, whether in traditional retail spaces or through alternative service options.
  • Dedicated to retail and flourish in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • An individual who places an emphasis on problem-solving through iterative enhancements, demonstrating a receptiveness to feedback and responding proactively when necessary.
  • Amicable to altering the schedule to accommodate the business's requirements, such as working on holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
  • Skilled at incorporating technology into retail processes.
  • Competent in moving around the sales floor, stockroom, and office space, with the strength to lift up to 30 pounds.
