What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the care recipient’s home or community setting under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement individualized treatment plans (BIPs) with fidelity, empathy, and consistency.
- Support care recipients in building communication, social, and functional living skills.
- Collect and record accurate session data using an electronic system (e.g., Central Reach or Rethink).
- Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA about progress, barriers, and insights.
- Participate in caregiver training sessions to reinforce skills at home.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold iCare Therapy’s high ethical standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- Experience providing ABA services or working with children, especially those with autism or developmental differences.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Comfort working in home-based environments and partnering with caregivers.
- Excellent communication, observation, and time management skills.
