Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Offering technical support and sales services to clients, utilizing your product knowledge and problem-solving skills to meet their needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • A clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions
  • A computer and reliable internet connection (cable or DSL)
  • Ability to invest $12.95 for a background check and the cost of client training (all fees reimbursed after 90 days)
  • Willingness to attend a virtual training session unpaid for 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 4 hours a day
  • Commitment to a minimum of 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Previous customer service or technical support experience
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
