Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and memorable. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a way that exceeds customer expectations
• Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information, update records, and resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, handling private and confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
• Good conflict resolution skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and dependability

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center environment

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
• Knowledge of telecommunications and broadband services
• Certification in customer service or a related field

Schedule

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

• Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
• Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

Work Environment

As a work-from-home (WAH) position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. arenaflex provides a dedicated workspace and equipment to ensure you're set up for success.
