Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades
  • Using creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns while navigating between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
  • Providing effective and timely resolutions for customers and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
  • Meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience through a consultative approach
  • Instilling confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
  • Resolving complex customer issues virtually using various tools and resources, along with quick access to engage with your manager or support team for assistance
  • Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
  • Performing basic troubleshooting on both products and services when issues arise
  • Working a set schedule including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

  • A competitive hourly rate between $15.54 - $17.36, with additional compensation up to $3,000 if all sales goals and performance expectations are met

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with specific job assignments requiring day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
  • Occasional overtime may be required
  • Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
  • AT&T will provide all of the equipment you'll need to get started! (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.)
  • Your workspace will need to be in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.) and you will participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)

Work from Home Requirements

As a Work from Home (WFH) Customer Service Representative, you'll need to:

  • Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts
  • Follow technical support processes
  • Comply with organizational security and compliance standards
  • Participate in training, performance management, and recurring management routines
  • Comply with manual and automated remote monitoring policies
