Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • 20+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
