Customer Systems Team
The Customer Systems team at arenaflex is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with our business leaders and colleagues to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain complex Java applications and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and secure solutions
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on backend systems
- Strong understanding of Java, Spring, and multi-threading concepts
- Experience with RESTful APIs, data storage systems, and database design
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
- Experience with designing and developing large-scale web applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
