Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As the face of our customer, you will be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it all with a smile.

  • Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment
  • Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer
  • Working every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards
  • Navigating challenges by being consistent but adaptable, retaining composure, and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally
  • Collaborating with others, supporting your colleagues, and helping them succeed with new processes and technologies

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
