Consulting Member of Technical Staff/Architect - Remote

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Consulting Member of Technical Staff, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions for complex clinical systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our next generation healthcare solutions. Work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical and business skills in developing the next generation in healthcare solutions. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Led software development, delivery, support and maintenance of entire products.
  • Driven engineering, development and/or ops practices within a SW development organization.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns and best practices.
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership.
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple development teams to refine requirements, interfaces and functional responsibilities to create full solutions.
  • Experience recruiting, mentoring and training of software developers at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience in AI driven development and use of AI applications.
  • Experience being the escalation point for systemic and large-scale operational issues.
  • Experience working with distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development methodologies.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
  • Experience in medical records management (EHR, EMR) desired.
