About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering our verification product to our customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience for the hundreds of thousands of unique users our product and web application serve each month. Our operations and support team sits at the forefront of our customer interactions, and we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional service, communicate effectively, and troubleshoot technical issues with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently resolve a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels, meeting SLAs while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions to customers, ensuring a seamless verification process.
  • Conduct proactive customer outreach initiatives to minimize recurring issues and improve overall satisfaction, demonstrating our commitment to customer-centricity.
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to maintain a reliable and efficient workflow, taking full ownership of your results and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, gathering and sharing all necessary information to support arenaflex platform users.
  • Escalate ambiguous issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
  • Continuously improve the income and employment verification process by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should bring at least 2 years of experience providing technical support in a high-volume call center or similar environment. You should be committed to delivering a world-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy, exceling at self-management, and consistently meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.

  • Uphold the highest standards of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Work Schedule and Environment

This is a part-time position, with a work schedule of 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, within the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time window. Our Customer Support Specialists work 100% remotely from home, and a reliable high-speed internet connection is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $17 - $19 per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate expertise.
