Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily and providing them with a positive and memorable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
  • Running the register and handling cash transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Making purchase suggestions and offering customers personalized recommendations
  • Working with our food program to provide customers with a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing fast and friendly service to customers, even in a fast-paced environment
  • Interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience
  • The ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the physical stamina to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer behavior
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
