Key Responsibilities

- Running the register and handling cash transactions efficiently and accurately

- Working with our food program to provide customers with a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing fast and friendly service to customers, even in a fast-paced environment
- Interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience
- The ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the physical stamina to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift

- Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
