Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Managing customer accounts and providing technical support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Application Data Entry: accurately and efficiently entering customer information into our systems
- Online chat inquiries: responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, exercising creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow
- Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization): effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Extensive self-study, training, and testing: eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Requirements
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
- Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
- Complete a background check and health screening
- Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
- NOT Compatible: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite

Preferred Experience
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, are also desirable.
