Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing algorithms and assessment strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Conducting deep-dive failure analysis and sample mining to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing interpretation strategies for deep learning models to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Producing and presenting significant data insights with visualizations to inform business decisions
  • Using intensive statistical analysis and big data evaluation to drive actionable insights for customers
  • Evaluating potential features based on customer needs to inform product development
  • Providing quantitative analysis of real-world trends and customer data to understand product performance
  • Creating mathematical models to inform strategic and business decisions
  • Capturing and analyzing customer feedback on shipped products to inform future product development and roadmap

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or computer vision
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Julia
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Familiarity with big data tools and technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
