Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing customer cases and conducting research to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Analyzing customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a deep understanding of the customer's journey and opportunities for enhancement
  • Interpreting research findings and translating them into clear, actionable reports and presentations for leadership
  • Collaborating with the ECR leadership team to develop and implement strategic recommendations and solutions
  • Conducting root cause analysis and providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Analyzing data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations, and reporting to key stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of contact center experience
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and performance reporting

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

  • Demonstrated experience in data validation and business intelligence
  • Experience with analytics implementation and quantitative analysis
  • Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
  • Proven skill level in PowerPoint
  • Experience in creating analytic designs and performing data analysis

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Salary range: $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually
  • Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
