Job Overview

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company online, engaging with customers through inbound chat conversations, providing them with essential information about our dealership offerings, and converting these interactions into valuable leads. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring our dealer clients are positively represented online, driving revenue from website traffic, and building a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.

  • Deliver precise information about our products and services through chat interaction, ensuring customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs, providing a personalized and convenient experience.
  • Cultivate and update an extensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Collect and document customer contact details for lead generation and client follow-up, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Summarize customer interactions, highlighting their needs for client review, providing valuable insights for our dealer clients.

Qualifications

  • Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, with experience in gaming or other fast-paced environments a plus.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required, with a strong emphasis on education and personal development.
  • You must be able to pass a background check, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in an office environment, customer interaction, call center, or customer service setting, with a strong emphasis on career growth and development.
