Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages from customers on our website and social media channels in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information
  • Creating a positive customer experience and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • 5+ hours of availability per week (with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week)
