Key Responsibilities:
As a Cargo Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Processing and managing cargo shipments, including booking, tracking, and resolving issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo operations and meet customer needs
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to frequently lift equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
