Job Responsibilities As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving routine problems and questions related to our clients' products and services. Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing customer support via inbound and outbound calls and/or internet * Assisting customers with basic technical issues * Following, documenting, and retrieving information from databases * Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including: + Smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices + iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology * Offering additional products and services * Providing expert customer experiences... with a smile! Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * A degree or certification in a related field * Fluency in both French and English (written, spoken, and read) * 1+ year of customer service experience * A quiet and distraction-free home workspace * Ability to multitask quickly * Desire to learn new technologies * Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers * A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter) * High-speed internet (not wireless/hotspots/satellite) and a smartphone What's in it for you?
