Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a vital role in promoting arenaflex's products and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving customer engagement through effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities

As a Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the execution of arenaflex's customer engagement marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, including reporting new checking processes.
• Conducting thorough reviews of new and renewal contract surveys, including MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, protection, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for Disney objections, shopDisney, and Disney Distributing.
• Overseeing external data sharing inspections and oversight, including crowd dividing among Disney specialty units, organization, and outside merchants.
• Managing project-specific direction and recommended strategy to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future regulations.
• Providing exceptional customer service, utilizing client-administration skills to support partners and projects on an as-needed basis.
• Maintaining excellent relational skills, including process streams and documentation, to ensure seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this part-time remote position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field.
• Senior status as a late alumni (within six months of graduation date) or currently enrolled in a certified school/college, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter preceding support in the temporary job program.
• Unhindered work approval and reliable transportation to/from work.
• Ability to maintain a predictable, dependable schedule throughout the internship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous for this role:

• Experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related field.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and ITP.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
