About the Role
As a Sales Analytics Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of the Investigation Group, which leads account-level knowledge for arenaflex's Southwest Business. Your primary responsibility will be to assist account managers with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive increased revenue. You'll work closely with our team to gather data from various sources, research and verify external data integrity, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather data from different sources, including but not limited to, Record Directors, Salesforce, and arenaflex Data sets
- Research and verify external data integrity
- Clean and design data to convert into system-friendly formats
- Support Record Directors meeting requests and requirements
- Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks
- Participate in special projects and research demands
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions or drives
- Develop presentations with scientific outcomes for various levels of management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, or related field)
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
