Key Responsibilities
* Assist patients and families with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of healthcare services
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update patient information as necessary
- Upsell current patients on new or enhanced healthcare services
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide support
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
