A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion
As a Brand Champion, you'll be working diligently with customers to provide solutions, answer general customer service questions, and drive customer satisfaction for our clients. Your day will be filled with:
- Providing expert troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues
- Answering service-related questions, including billing inquiries and product enhancement opportunities
- Focusing on one call resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Continuously learning and improving your skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Brand Champion Skillset
* 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
- Excellent Communications skills
- Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
- Empathy and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
Work from Home Equipment Requirements
* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
- Ethernet cable connection (no wi-fi)
- Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed and at least 8GB RAM
- USB headset with microphone
- Webcam
- Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
