The Role

As a Data Analyst on our High-Level Investigation, Content Group, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our content team to identify trends, anticipate audience behavior, and inform content strategy. Your expertise will help us refine our content portfolio, marketing, and delivery systems, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional experiences to our audience.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped audience needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Anticipate content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Develop and refine our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field

• Passion for media and entertainment
