What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Whether it's answering their questions, resolving their issues, or simply providing a listening ear, you'll be the face of our company and the key to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

A Typical Day in the Life

* Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, chat, or other channels

  • Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customers' questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Utilize your product knowledge to consult with customers and provide solutions to their problems
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Reside within a designated region, including North Carolina, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software and hardware, including high-speed internet (> 40mbps)
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
