Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and patients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Assist with admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for students
  • Navigate ERP and CRM systems to support students in their enrollment journey, utilizing technology to enhance the student experience
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage electronic medical records for compliance, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data integrity
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and university policies regarding personal information, upholding the trust and confidentiality of our students and patients

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in academic achievement
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional service and support
  • General knowledge of customer service principles and English language structure, enabling effective communication with students and patients
  • Proficient in problem-solving, active listening, and time management skills, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of student inquiries and concerns
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms, facilitating clear and concise communication with students, patients, and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree, demonstrating advanced academic achievement and a strong foundation in higher education principles
  • Experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare, providing a deeper understanding of the academic and healthcare environments
  • Knowledge of academic programs and Title IV regulations, enabling informed support and guidance for students
  • Familiarity with Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems, facilitating efficient navigation and utilization of technology to support student success
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, enhancing our ability to support diverse student populations and provide inclusive services
