Job Overview

In this part-time temporary remote role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat. As a key member of our customer success team, you will communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in building a successful brand. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service and create a positive experience for our customers, while also meeting or exceeding established service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported.
  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand and drive customer loyalty.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customers' needs, while also being mindful of the business's bottom line and making decisions that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives.
  • Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that the needs of our customers are being met and that we are continually improving our products and services.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should also demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brand, our customers, and our products.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role.
