Responsibilities and Duties

As an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Sharing your passion for the brand and its products with customers, creating a contagious and engaging experience
  • Using the brand's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Familiarizing yourself with the brand's site and media, as well as competitor products, to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments
  • Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide customers with informed and unbiased advice
  • Showing empathy and understanding to customers in stressful situations, providing a supportive and reassuring experience
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems (a plus)
  • Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
  • A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
  • The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the customer's knowledge level
  • Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and the ability to communicate effectively in text form
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

Compensation and Perks

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy:

  • Performance-based rewards redeemable for product and/or gift cards
  • Insider information from the brand about new product launches and events
  • Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis ( $18- $22 per hour based on experience and skill set)
  • Immediate start upon completion of onboarding
  • A remote position from anywhere you can connect to the internet

Technology Details

To succeed as an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
  • A stable internet connection (we suggest at least a consistent 10mbps)
  • Reliable sound output (this can either be through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
