Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center (Part-Time Contract)

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Job Summary

As a part-time contract customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, and you will be required to have your own laptop/computer and headset.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Contact shareholders to inform them that the information they received asking them to vote is not accurate
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers

Qualifications

* Minimum 6 months of customer service or data entry experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating system
  • Reliable internet connection and own laptop/computer and headset

Schedule and Availability

* Schedule: 6pm-11pm EST Monday-Thursday & Saturday 12pm-6pm EST (30 unpaid lunch) = 26 hours without OT

  • Start Dates: 2/8, 2/15, & 2/22
  • Contract position through May (potential for extension)

Pay and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $20.00
