Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to provide exceptional support and create a memorable experience. You'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and making a positive impact on our customers' lives. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email to resolve customer inquiries and issues

  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think creatively to find solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and growth

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Availability to work flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related fields, such as home decor or interior design
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience with live chat software and customer service platforms

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
