The Role

As a Customer Service Representative on our remote call center team, you'll be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients and their customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one telephone contact with clients and their customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support
  • Accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
  • Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for our programs over the telephone
  • Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in our rules and guidelines, as well as other related program policies
  • Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
  • The ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
  • Achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment
  • The ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A background and drug screening

Compensation and Benefits

The pay for this role is $16.00 per hour.
