Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our members, and your ability to provide empathetic and informed support will make a significant difference in their lives. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex members via phone, email, and chat

  • Answer questions and resolve issues related to healthcare plans, benefits, and services
  • Utilize knowledge and expertise to provide informed support and guidance to members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field or industry

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
