Experienced Customer Service Representative I – Integrated Supply Chain Solutions

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our team, interacting with customers, both internal and external, to provide information, resolve issues, and handle requests.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling pick-ups, tracing shipments, providing shipment ETAs, rate quotes, and freight charges to ensure seamless communication with our customers
  • Coordinating with internal departments, partners, delivery agents, brokers, and container stations to schedule shipments and handle customer issues
  • Scheduling delivery appointments and handling re-consignments to meet our customers' needs
  • Coordinating communication with customers, drivers, and Accounts Receivable regarding Driver Collect and C.O.D. shipments
  • Ensuring the accurate billing of shipments to maintain our high standards of service
  • Compiling and delivering custom reports, performing daily audits of reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Documenting all customer interactions for follow-up and record-keeping purposes
  • Assisting customers with "My Pyle" registration and utilization of our website to enhance their experience
  • Meeting the standards for all Key Performance Indicators (Call Quality, Process Knowledge Assessment, Adherence to Schedule, "Make Busy" %, Contacts per Hour) to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment with strong attention to detail
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and basic typing skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, working effectively as an individual contributor or as part of a team
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including early mornings, evenings, and non-traditional holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience
