About arenaflex

arenaflex is a leading Licensed Vocational School dedicated to providing high-quality education and training to students across the country. With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, we are working closely with Government Agencies and their Local Workforce Boards (LWFB) to bring awareness to our school and provide students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen careers. As a Program Manager / Customer Success Professional, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission and grow our student base.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager / Customer Success Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with Government Agencies and students to ensure a smooth and successful enrollment process
  • Managing email communications with students and government agencies, including writing and responding to emails, and making phone calls to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Writing and submitting government applications and other documents as required
  • Helping to manage the school and enrollments, including occasional odd jobs and administrative tasks
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies for growth and success
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to students and government agencies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and making recommendations for improvement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Google Docs, Slides, and spreadsheets, with the ability to create and edit documents and spreadsheets
  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently
  • Experience with government documents and applications, with the ability to read, organize, and write them effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service

Nice to Have Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics, with the ability to create and manage websites and track website analytics
  • Experience with social media management, with the ability to create and implement social media strategies
  • Blog writing experience, with the ability to create engaging and informative content
