Responsibilities:

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients through live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat, providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources, ensuring seamless access to our services
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and empathetic

Requirements:
