Key Responsibilities:

* Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats, providing a meaningful and positive experience with every interaction

  • Communicate a variety of information to customers, including product knowledge, policies, and procedures
  • Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma (or equivalent)

  • 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
  • Reliable internet speed and broadband connection
  • A secure area in the home to work from
  • Ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
  • Understanding that although this is a Work from Home position, you must be located in Las Vegas, NV

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
