Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our Client Care division, providing heart-driven support to our millions of plan members. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with their pharmacy benefit plans. Your responsibilities will include accepting inbound calls, answering questions regarding medication coverage, and providing solutions to help our members better understand their options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the support needed to simplify their healthcare experience and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to plan members
  • Answer questions and provide information regarding medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions
  • Offer solutions and support to help members navigate their healthcare options and make informed decisions
  • Utilize computer applications and systems to access member information and provide accurate responses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless support to members
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
