Key Responsibilities
As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and guiding them through the check-in and boarding process
- Assisting passengers with ticketing and baggage check-in
- Ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for their journey
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
- Operating loading bridges
- Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight

What You Need to Succeed
To be a successful Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- To consistently prioritize safety and protection of self, others, and personal data

- To possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- To be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Proficiency in English
