As a Customer Product Support Specialist with Arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, providing valuable feedback to national and international companies on their products and services. With a competitive pay rate of $25-$45 per hour, depending on the project, you will be able to work around your own schedule, choosing from 15-25 hours of work per week.

Arenaflex is a leading consulting firm specializing in product testing and product development work. We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms. Our goal is to ensure proper product certification and greater market access for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Product Support Specialist with Arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
  • Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
  • Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
  • Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
  • Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
  • Using MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Product Support Specialist with Arenaflex, you will need:

  • The ability to follow specific instructions
  • Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
  • The ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
  • Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
  • Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Good communication skills (an asset)
  • Age 18 or older
