In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our MSO (Medical Sales Organization) by accurately entering work orders, verifying customer warranty claims, and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – MSO Operations Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces with precision and accuracy
  • Reviewing work orders to verify customer warranty claims, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate
  • Accurately entering data into corresponding fields within various software programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Completing warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Acting as a backup to our Customer Service Representatives, assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during high call volumes
  • Participating in special projects and performing other duties as required

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a relevant position, such as data entry or customer service
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is preferred, but not required
  • A High School degree or equivalent is required
  • The ability to read, understand, and perform standard procedures and work instructions
  • Basic math and logic skills are required
  • Basic computer skills and software use (email, document prep, and spreadsheets) are desired

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
